Cilj je postizanje transparentnosti pla\u0107a i osiguravanje jednake pla\u0107e za jednak rad ili rad jednake vrijednosti, bez obzira na spol.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">SA\u017dETAK NAJAVLJENIH PROMJENA<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Poslodavci \u0107e morati uvesti detalju politiku transparentnosti pla\u0107a<\/strong> Moraju precizno odrediti platne razrede za svako mjesto, postaviti kriterije napretka radnika i upoznati radnike s njima, vi\u0161e u detaljima&#8230;)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Zabrana tajnosti pla\u0107a<\/strong>: Poslodavcima se izri\u010dito zabranjuju ugovorne odredbe kojima se radnike ograni\u010dava u otkrivanju informacija o svojoj pla\u0107i, a radnicima se ne smije onemogu\u0107iti da otkriju svoju pla\u0107u u svrhu ostvarenja na\u010dela jednake pla\u0107e. Radnik smije re\u0107i svoju pla\u0107u ako to \u017eeli.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Administrativne obveze izvje\u0161tavanja (ovisno o veli\u010dini tvrtke) <\/strong>Izmjene donose nove obveze izvje\u0161tavanja za ve\u0107e tvrtke. Uvodi se poseban nadzor nad poslodavcima sa 100 i vi\u0161e zaposlenih.
