Od 1. o\u017eujka 2025. i nadalje pravo se sastoji od 20 radnih dana dopusta za jedno dijete, odnosno 30 radnih dana dopusta za blizance ili vi\u0161e djece. O\u010dinski dopust mo\u017ee se iskoristiti do navr\u0161enih \u0161est mjeseci \u017eivota djeteta. Tijekom o\u010dinskog dopusta ostvaruje se naknada pla\u0107e u punom iznosu. Otac o namjeri kori\u0161tenja mora obavijestiti poslodavca najmanje 15 dana ranije, a zahtjev se podnosi Hrvatskom zavodu za zdravstveno osiguranje (HZZO).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Klju\u010dne informacije o o\u010dinskom dopustu<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">O\u010dinski dopust traje 20 radnih dana za jedno dijete, a 30 radnih dana u slu\u010daju blizanaca ili vi\u0161e djece.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Kori\u0161tenje: Dopust se mo\u017ee iskoristiti sve do navr\u0161enih \u0161est mjeseci \u017eivota djeteta i koristi se u neprekidnom trajanju.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Naknada: Za vrijeme dopusta otac ostvaruje pravo na naknadu pla\u0107e u punom iznosu od 100 posto osnovice.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Status: Pravo je neprenosivo i ostvaruje se neovisno o radnom statusu majke.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Prijavljivanje: Potrebno je pismeno obavijestiti poslodavca najmanje 15 dana ranije.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Zahtjev: Zahtjev se podnosi nadle\u017enom podru\u010dnom uredu HZZO-a.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Kako ostvariti pravo na o\u010dinski dopust<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Obavijestite poslodavca o namjeri kori\u0161tenja o\u010dinskog dopusta najmanje 15 dana prije po\u010detka dopusta.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Podno\u0161enje zahtjeva HZZO-u: <\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Zahtjev nadle\u017enom podru\u010dnom uredu HZZO-a.
