Radnik bi mogao biti poslan na minimalac, suspendirali bi mu se ugovori, pale naknade&#8230; U ministarstvu ka\u017eu da ne\u0107e biti tako rigorozni. Barem zasad.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ministarstvo rada priprema novi zakon koji bi omogu\u0107io suspendiranje sada\u0161njeg Zakona o radu, pa bi zaposleni u cijeloj Hrvatskoj mogli o\u010dekivati manja prava ako prijedlog pro\u0111e. Ukratko, zbog izvanrednih okolnosti uzrokovanih pandemijom, pote\u0161ko\u0107a u radu tvrtki ili njihova zatvaranja, poslodavci bi mogli smanjivati pla\u0107u do minimalne, promijeniti uvjete ugovora i rezati sve ugovorene dodatke radniku. A \u010dini se da \u0107e se smanjiti naknada za nezaposlene koji se prijavljuju na burzu. Zakona o radu,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">pravo poslodavca da donese odluku o kori\u0161tenju godi\u0161njeg odmora radnika bez roka obavijesti od 15 dana,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">mogu\u0107nost dono\u0161enja odluka o rasporedu ili promjeni rasporeda radnog vremena radnika, <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">isklju\u010denje obveze savjetovanja s radni\u010dkim vije\u0107em te isklju\u010denje tra\u017eenja suglasnosti od radni\u010dkog vije\u0107a,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">neobveza peridi\u010dnih pregleda radnika na poslovima s posebnim uvjetima rada, za vrijeme epidemije bolesti COVID &#8211; 19 (uvjerenja bi vrijedila do daljnjega).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Na\u0161 komentar:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span> Prijeka potreba za poslodavce koji su se na\u0161li u \u017ervnju izme\u0111u korona krize i &#8220;sindikalista&#8221;!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prenosimo sa www.24sata.hr LINK Vlada radi na novom zakonu koji bi zamjenio Zakon o radu.
