(u daljnjem tekstu \u201eDru\u0161tvo\u201c) definira op\u0107e moralne vrijednosti i na\u010dela profesionalne etike na kojima se temelji poslovanje Dru\u0161tva te rad i djelovanje svih subjekata u Dru\u0161tvu (radnika i vlasnika Dru\u0161tva).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 15px; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">U Dru\u0161tvu se poti\u010de i razvija poslovna klima, me\u0111uljudski odnosi i odnosi sa poslovnim partnerima koji se zasnivaju na na\u010delima: \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Po\u0161tenja<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Odgovornosti<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Povjerljivosti<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Profesionalne kompetentnosti<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Po\u0161tivanja Zakona i prava<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Sprje\u010davanja sukoba interesa<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Sprje\u010davanja korupcije<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 15px; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Po\u0161tenje<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u010castan i ispravan postupak prema drugome, njegovoj imovini i interesima. Ispravno postupanje u odnosu na pozitivne moralne norme i zakone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 15px; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Odgovornost<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Pravovremeno, kvalitetno i potpuno postupanje u skladu sa preuzetim obavezama a koje je uskla\u0111eno sa zakonima i moralnim normama.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 15px; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Povjerljivost<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Povjerljivima se smatraju sve informacija i podaci koji se odnose na\u00a0 sveukupne poslovne aktivnosti Dru\u0161tva i svi podaci i informacije koje se odnose na poslovne partnere Dru\u0161tva a koji nisu javnog karaktera. Iznimnu pa\u017enju, svi subjekti u Dru\u0161tvu (radnici, vlasnici), moraju posvetiti na\u010delu osiguranja povjerljivosti. Naru\u0161avanje na\u010dela povjerljivosti smatra se te\u0161kom povredom eti\u010dkog kodeksa i podlije\u017ee provo\u0111enju disciplinskih mjera prema subjektima Dru\u0161tva koji su naru\u0161ili na\u010delo povjerljivosti. U slu\u010daju kada je prekr\u0161eno na\u010delo povjerljivosti, koje je Dru\u0161tvu prouzro\u010dilo \u0161tetu, Dru\u0161tvo mo\u017ee od prekr\u0161itelja na\u010dela povjerljivosti potra\u017eivati naknadu \u0161tete u nov\u010danom iznosu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 15px; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Profesionalna kompetentnost<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Poslove i usluge koje pru\u017ea Dru\u0161tvo obavljaju se sa pa\u017enjom, sposobno\u0161\u0107u i marljivo\u0161\u0107u. Radnici dru\u0161tva u svojem radu i postupcima pridr\u017eavaju se zakonskih normi, politika, postupaka i prakse koja se primjenjuje u podru\u010dju njihovog poslovnog djelovanja. Djelovanje Dru\u0161tva usmjereno je prema kontinuiranom usavr\u0161avanju vje\u0161tina i znanja svih subjekata Dru\u0161tva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 15px; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Po\u0161tivanje Zakona i prava <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Poslovanje Dru\u0161tva je u skladu sa Zakonom. Dru\u0161tvo poziva sve subjekte u Dru\u0161tvu, poslovne partnere dru\u0161tva i ostale da uka\u017eu na mo\u017eebitne propuste i prakse u poslovanju Dru\u0161tva koji nisu u skladu sa Zakonskom regulativom i pozivnom poslovnom praksom.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 15px; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Sprje\u010davanja sukoba interesa<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Radnici dru\u0161tva ne smiju osobni interes stavljati ispred interesa Dru\u0161tva i poslovnih partnera Dru\u0161tva. Osobni interes radnika koji je u suprotnosti sa poslovanjem i interesom Dru\u0161tva i poslovnih partnera Dru\u0161tva nije dozvoljen i ne tolerira se. Pod osobnim interesom smatra se bilo kakva korist koju mo\u017ee imati radnik, \u010dlanovi obitelji radnika, ro\u0111aci i prijatelji radnika ili druge organizacije s kojima radnik ima ili je u cilju realizacije osobnog interesa imao kontakte. Osobnim interesom radnika smatra se i neovla\u0161teno pristupanje povjerljivima podacima Dru\u0161tva i\/ili poslovnih partnera Dru\u0161tva kao i neovla\u0161teno ustupanje povjerljivih podataka Dru\u0161tva i\/ili poslovnih partnera Dru\u0161tva tre\u0107im osobama.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 15px; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Sprje\u010davanja korupcije<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Korupcijom se smatra zlouporaba ovlasti radi osobne ili skupne koristi, bilo da se radi o javnom ili privatnom sektoru. Svako davanje novca i\/ili materijalnih dobara, informacija, dokumenata i podataka s namjerom da primatelj \u010dini i\/ili djeluje po \u017eelji onoga koji daje smatra se korupcijom. Dru\u0161tvo poziva, sve subjekte (radnike, vlasnike, poslovne partnere) na djelovanje koje \u0107e suzbiti bilo koju mogu\u0107nost korupcije. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 15px; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Radnici Dru\u0161tva i vlasnici Dru\u0161tva obavezni su svaki svoj postupak uskladiti da postavljenim moralnim vrijednostima i na\u010delima Eti\u010dkog kodeksa Dru\u0161tva.
